New Inquiry
Family fills out the New Inquiry form on the website. https://zcform.ca/xZz2O
Family receives an email with a self-serve link to book a free consultation. Consultation booking page
The consultation call is held over Zoom. The link is generated automatically and included in the booking confirmation.
Intake Pending
45 minutes after the consultation time
Family receives an email with the intake form link.
If the form isn't completed 3 days later, one friendly reminder is sent automatically.
Assessment Date Pending
Intake form submitted
Student profile is created automatically in TutorBird.
Family receives an email inviting them to book their child's assessment. Assessment booking page
Assessment Date Booked
Family receives a confirmation email with their assessment date, time, and location.
